抽出約100 ml 鮮紅色腹水

Cytology Evaluation
20 pictures were submitted. Most cells are large round cells with moderate anisocytosis and anisokaryosis. These cells have moderate to high N:C ratio, round to irregular nculeus, 1-multiple nucleoli, and deep blue cytoplasm, which occasionally contains small puntate vacoules. These cells are interpreated as neoaplstic lymphocytes. No etiologic agents are seen.

Compatible with Lymphoma. Suggest PARR, flow cytometry to differentiate cell lineage.
